okay, back on track

s: fend for yourself (just got back from camping all weekend)

m: frozen pizza + leftover salad

t: couscous + cucumber salad + something...

w: linguine w/ zucchini + chickpeas (from real simple mag) + salad (soak beans all day, then cook right when I get home from work)

h: smoke-roasted stuffed bell peppers + black beans + wild rice (thaw out black beans the night before)

f: grilled turkey burgers (pull burgers + buns out of the freezer the night before!) + grilled sweet potato fries (if the sweet potato I have is still good)

s: hot date -- neighborhood pizza place!
