this week: past and future

s: bbq at heed's - I brought the always delightful hint of lime chips

m: grilled pizzas (didn't do it last week) - pesto + sun dried tomatoes on the YUMMIEST homemade pizza crust ever. I think I am in love with this crust. (it is especially delicious when you add dried seasonings to the dough) + spinach salad

t: chicken cordon bleu casserole (again, another recipe from last week that was never made) + spinach/orange salad

w: spicy bbq pork sandwiches - this was a happy little accident involving crockpot pork cooked in apple cider vinegar from a friend + way too much chipotle seasoning + a bunch of bbq sauce to save the day. bbq pork sandwhich meat turned burrito meat turned spicy bbq pork sandwhich meat--hurrah! it all worked out in the end.

h: nick's moving away shower

f: homemade veggie burgers? + grilled corn? we'll see...

s: family birthday par-tay! I am bringing fresh corn cut off the cob for a salad fiixn'
